This intersection effects four jurisdictions and has been very complicated reaching agreement. The Agreement #PW 34-89-89 is the out come of these negotiations. The agreement calls for Hennepin County to install and maintain the signal. The City of Minneapolis will pay, using MSA and local funds, 25% of the $89 , 520 construction and construction engineering cost, estimated at $22 , 380 . These funds are available in the 40 Fund from 1990 Capital Budget.
