• <br /> 4 . The County shall reimburse the Municipality for adequately <br /> documented requests consistent with Attachment A submitted by the <br /> Municipality. Reimbursement is contingent upon the County <br /> receiving the SCORE funds from the State of Minnesota. In the <br /> event that SCORE funds actually received by the County are less <br /> than the amount budgeted by the County, the amount of the grant to <br /> the Municipality will be reduced in proportion to the population <br /> of the Municipality <br /> 5 . Reimbursement will be made according to the following <br /> schedule: <br /> For the period of: Reimbursement will occur after: <br /> January 1 - March 31 April 1 , 1993 <br /> January 1 - June 30 July 1 , 1993 <br /> January 1 - September 30 October 1 , 1993 <br /> January 1 - December 31 January 1 , 1994 <br /> b. Reports • <br /> 1 . The Municipality shall submit four reports to the County. The <br /> first is due to the County on April 15, 1993 , the second report is <br /> due on July 15 , 1993 , the third is due on October 15 , 1993 , and <br /> the fourth is due on February 1 , 1994 . The report due April 15, <br /> 1993 will include program information for January 1 through March <br /> 31 , 1993 . The second report will include information for April 1 <br /> through June 30, 1993 . The third report will include program <br /> information for July 1 through September 30 , 1993 . The fourth <br /> report will cover the period from October 1 through December 31 , <br /> 1993 . <br /> 2 . The quarterly reports shall be submitted on forms provided by <br /> the County. <br /> c . Financial Report <br /> The Municipality shall be required to submit, if requested by the <br /> County, an audited financial report to the Ramsey County Budget <br /> and Accounting Office. The report shall show how funds received <br /> from Ramsey County were disbursed. <br /> • <br />
