• <br /> RESOLUTION #92-052 <br /> A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE HENNEPIN <br /> COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES <br /> FOR COLLECTION WITH THE TAXES PAYABLE 1993 <br /> WHEREAS, the water/sewer bills were found to be delinquent at 2905 Kenzie Terrace; <br /> at 2938 Old Highway #8; and at 3004 Old Highway #8; and <br /> WHEREAS, the maintenance bills was found to be delinquent at 3316 Skycroft Circle; and <br /> WHEREAS, the owner of such property after sufficient notice did not pay monies due the <br /> City of St. Anthony and under authority of Minnesota State Statutes Section <br /> 550:11, the City does therefore assess the delinquent water/sewer and <br /> maintenance costs to the said property taxes payable in 1993. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to certify to the County Auditor of Hennepin County for collection of the <br /> charges listed below: <br /> • Maintenance Costs <br /> 3316 Skycroft Circle $ 558.38 <br /> Water/Sewer Billings: <br /> 2905 Kenzie Terrace $ 349.00 <br /> 2938 Old Highway #8 $ 2,506.43 <br /> 3004 Old Highway #8 1,195.42 <br /> TOTAL $ 4,609.23 <br /> Adopted the day ofe-r , 1992 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> St <br /> I"e`.`_a�^'t y <br /> 1!•a�1-9�2. � ' <br /> rate =c s„ Cfl t C1F r flx <br />
