• <br /> RESOLUTION #92-053 <br /> A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING CHARGES TO THE RAMSEY <br /> COUNTY AUDITOR TO BE LEVIED AGAINST CERTAIN PROPERTIES <br /> FOR COLLECTION WITH THE TAXES PAYABLE 1993 <br /> WHEREAS, the water/sewer bills were found to be delinquent at 3800 Macalaster Drive; <br /> and at 3808 Macalaster Drive; and <br /> WHEREAS, the maintenance bills was found to be delinquent at 3909 Stinson Boulevard; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the owner of such property after sufficient notice did not pay monies due the <br /> City of St. Anthony and under authority of Minnesota State Statutes Section <br /> 550:11, the City does therefore assess the delinquent water/sewer and <br /> maintenance costs to the said property taxes payable in 1993. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Clerk is hereby authorized and <br /> directed to certify to the County Auditor of Ramsey County for collection of the <br /> charges listed below: <br /> • Maintenance Costs <br /> 3909 Stinson Boulevard $ 60.00 <br /> Water/Sewer Billings: <br /> 3800 Macalaster Drive $ 129928.16 <br /> 3808 Macalaster Drive $ 15,800.36 <br /> TOTAL $ 28,788.52 <br /> Adopted the day of Ko ve-►m bar , 1992 <br /> ,�6'� —. /.'".
