CITY OF ST ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION #92-055 <br /> • A RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY TAX LEVY <br /> AND 1993 BUDGET IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE TRUTH <br /> IN TAXATION ACT <br /> WHEREAS, the Truth in Taxation Law requires that the City of St. Anthony provide <br /> Hennepin and Ramsey Counties with a certified tax levy and 1993 budget; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the City Manager's proposed 1993 budget; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council held a Public Hearing on December 7, 1992, 7:30 P.M. at its <br /> Council Chambers to discuss the tax levy with the residents of St. Anthony; <br /> and <br /> WHEREAS, the information required for the City to calculate a definitive tax levy has been <br /> collected. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that: <br /> • 1) the 1992 property tax levy collectible in 1993 is: <br /> General Fund Levy $1,618,200 <br /> Housing and Redevelopment Authority Levy 20,000 <br /> Certificate of Indebtedness 76,415 <br /> 2) The 1993 operating budget is $4,860,000 $17714,615 <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, the City Clerk is hereby instructed to transmit a certified <br /> copy of this resolution to the County Auditors of Hennepin and Ramsey Counties of <br /> Minnesota. <br /> Adopted thisday off�����vrr—` /� , 1992 <br /> t � <br /> {6 <br /> Mayor <br /> —AIT EST. r - <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
