ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 93-004 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MARCH 15, 1993, <br /> AS CUT-OFF DATE FOR RECEIVING PETITIONS <br /> FOR PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony has considered its construction <br /> program; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council deems it necessary to establish a time limit on the requests <br /> for public improvements so as to insure adequate time to comply with the <br /> improvement procedures as established in the Minnesota State Statutes. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby establishes March 15th as the final day for accepting petitions for <br /> public improvements to be included in the 1993 construction program. <br /> Adopted this /_�Z day of Q�r ��. , 1993. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk / <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
