• CONTRACT FOR REFUSE AND RECYCLING PICKUP <br /> This Contract is made as of January 1, 1993, between the CITY OF ST. ANTHONY, <br /> a Minnesota municipal corporation ("City"), and WASTE MANAGEMENT, INC., a <br /> Minnesota corporation ("Contractor"). <br /> City and Contractor agree as follows: <br /> 1. SERVICES TO BE PERFORMED <br /> 1.1 Contractor shall furnish all of the following containers to the City at a location <br /> specified by the City, and shall pickup and dispose of refuse and recyclable materials from <br /> the containers as follows: <br /> City/Community Complex <br /> (a) One four cubic yard serviced once per week for mixed paper. <br /> (b) One four cubic yard serviced twice per week for refuse. <br /> (c) One 90 gallon cart serviced once per week commingled glass, tin, <br /> aluminum, and plastic. <br /> Public Works Facility <br /> . (a) One four cubic yard serviced once per week for refuse. <br /> SAV Liquor #1/Stonehouse <br /> (a) One four cubic yard serviced twice per week for mixed paper. <br /> (b) One two cubic yard serviced twice per week for refuse. <br /> (c) One 90 gallon cart serviced once per week commingled glass, tin, <br /> aluminum, and plastic. <br /> SAV Liquor #2 Apache New Market <br /> (a) One two cubic yard serviced once per week for mixed paper. <br /> (b) One two cubic yard serviced once per week for refuse. <br /> 1.2 No claim for extra work furnished by Contractor shall be made by Contractor or <br /> allowed by the City nor shall Contractor do any work not covered by this Contract unless <br /> such work is ordered in writing by the City. <br /> 2. EQUIPMENT AND LABOR <br /> 2.1 Contractor's work and labor shall be done in the best and most workmanlike <br /> manner and all of Contractor's equipment shall be subject to the inspection and approval <br /> of the City. <br /> • <br />
