ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 93-014 <br /> A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF <br /> PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS <br /> WHEREAS, 37th Avenue N.E., within the City of St. Anthony, is a Minnesota State Aid <br /> (MSA) roadway; and <br /> WHEREAS, 37th Avenue N.E. is in need of rehabilitation and improvement; and <br /> • WHEREAS, being a State Aid roadway, the funding for the rehabilitation of said avenue <br /> can be obtained from MSA funds. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby authorizes preparation of plans and specifications for the rehabilitation of 37th <br /> Avenue N.E., a MSA roadway within the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this 216 day of --JL Ct_�t f , 1993. <br /> ayor <br /> ATTEST: c L c � <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
