CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 93-015 <br /> A RESOLUTION IN SUPPORT OF THE APPLICATION FOR A <br /> COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) BY NORTHWEST <br /> YOUTH AND FAMILY SERVICES (NYFS) <br /> WHEREAS, NYFS has provided essential developmental services for the youth and <br /> families of St. Anthony since 1980; and <br /> WHEREAS, NYFS has provided these services to the residents of St. Anthony regardless <br /> of the ability to pay; and <br /> WHEREAS, the unique partnership between NYFS and its ten Ramsey County member <br /> cities has resulted in the ability to provide an essential community service that <br /> none of the cities could provide individually. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, <br /> that the City of St. Anthony enthusiastically supports the award of a 1993 CDBG to NYFS. <br /> Adopted this day of —11993. <br /> Mayor ro Tem <br /> ATTEST: I�b <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
