CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 93-018 <br /> A RESOLUTION RECEIVING REPORT AND ORDERING PLANS <br /> WHEREAS, a report has been prepared by Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc. <br /> (MSA, Inc.) with reference to the improvement of the following <br /> streets: <br /> * 27th Avenue N.E. from Stinson Boulevard N.E. to Roosevelt <br /> Street N.E. <br /> * Rankin Road N.E. from Townview Road south to dead end. <br /> * Penrod Lane N.E. from 36th Avenue N.E. to 37th Avenue N.E. <br /> * Croft Drive N.E. from Rankin Road N.E. to 31st Avenue N.E. <br /> * 31st Avenue N.E. from Rankin Road N.E. to Old Highway 8 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony: <br /> 1 . The Council will consider the improvement of such streets in <br /> accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting <br /> property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement <br /> pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 429 at an estimated <br /> total cost of the improvement of $719,200. <br /> 2. MSA, Inc. is hereby designated as the engineer for this <br /> improvement.
