• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 93-029 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON 1993 STREET <br /> AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has <br /> been prepared by Maier Stewart & Associates, Inc., with reference to the <br /> improvements: <br /> 1993 Street and Utility Improvements Project <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main and <br /> storm sewer lines on the following streets: <br /> 1. 31st Avenue N.E. (from Rankin Road to Old Highway 8) <br /> 2. Croft Drive (from Rankin Road to 31st Avenue N.E.) <br /> The project also consists of a bituminous overlay improvement over the existing <br /> • pavement on the following streets: <br /> 1. Rankin Road (from Old Highway 8 to 32nd Avenue N.E.) <br /> 2. Croft Drive (from 31st Avenue N.E. to 200 feet along 32nd Avenue N.E. <br /> beyond cul-de-sac); <br /> and this report was received by the Council on February 9, 1993. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in <br /> accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a <br /> portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes <br /> Chapter 419 at an estimated total cost of the improvements of$420,600. <br /> 2. A public hearing shall be held on such proposed improvements on the 25th <br /> day of May, 1993, in the Council Chambers of the City Hall at 7:00 P.M. <br /> or as soon thereafter as possible, and the Clerk shall give mailed and <br /> published notice of such hearing and improvement as required by law. <br /> • <br />
