ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 93-037 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted this 27th day of April 1993, fixed a date <br /> for Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br /> 1993 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main and storm sewer on <br /> the following streets: <br /> 1. 31st Avenue N.E. (from Rankin Road to Old Highway 8) <br /> 2. Croft Drive (from Rankin Road to 31st Avenue N.E.). <br /> The project also consists of a bituminous overlay improvement over the existing pavement on <br /> the following streets: <br /> 1. Rankin Road (from Old Highway 8 to 32nd Avenue N.E.) <br /> 2. Croft Drive (from 31st Avenue N.E. to 200 feet along 32nd Avenue N.E. beyond <br /> cul-de-sac). <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given <br /> and the hearing was held thereon on the 25th day of May, 1993, at which time <br /> all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves such improvements as are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution <br /> adopted the 27th day of April, 1993. <br /> Adopted this a 51h day of Mg(l 1993.1A,L1GLy�a�t <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
