ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 93-044 <br /> A RESOLUTION VACATING A PORTION OF COOLIDGE STREET N.E. <br /> After discussion of a motion by Councilmember Marks <br /> to vacate that portion of Coolidge Street Northeast described on Exhibit A attached hereto <br /> and made a part of hereof, it was deemed in the interest of the public to grant the vacation. <br /> Councilmember Marks introduced <br /> the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the <br /> portion of Coolidge Street Northeast described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made <br /> a part hereof is hereby declared and ordered vacated and discontinued. <br /> And that the City Clerk be directed to prepare and present to the proper county <br /> • offices notice of said vacation. <br /> The motion for adoption of the foregoing resolution was seconded by Mayor Ranallo <br /> and upon a vote being taken thereon the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> Marks, Ranallo, Fleming, Enrooth, Wagner <br /> and the following voted against the same: none <br /> Adopted this z 4-6 day of A i j cQ a Sfi , 1993. <br /> 1/1 4 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> t <br />
