CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • RESOLUTION 93-054 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A BID FOR <br /> 37TH AVENUE N.E. CONCRETE REHABILITATION <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the <br /> plan for the above referenced project, bids were received, opened and <br /> tabulated according to law, and the following bids were received complying <br /> with the advertisement: <br /> Total <br /> Alternative <br /> Bidder Total Bid Bid <br /> Progressive Contractors, Inc. $241,179.50 $297,668.70 <br /> (PCI) Osseo, Minnesota <br /> Arcon Construction $242,931.30 $299,944.35 <br /> Mora, Minnesota <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Progressive Contractors, Inc. of Osseo, Minnesota is the <br /> • lowest responsible bidder. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with Progressive Contractors, Inc. (PCI) in the amount of $241,179.50 in the <br /> name of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the <br /> above referenced project according to the plans and specifications, therefore, <br /> approved by the City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
