ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 93-057 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 28th day of September 1993, <br /> fixed a date for Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br /> 1993 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> The project consists of a bituminous overlay improvement over the existing pavement on the <br /> following streets: <br /> 1. Rankin Road (from Old Highway 8 to 32nd Avenue N.E.) <br /> 2. Croft Drive (from 31st Avenue N.E. to 200 feet along 32nd Avenue N.E. beyond <br /> cul-de-sac). <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice of the hearing was given <br /> • and the hearing was held thereon on the 12th day of October 1993, at which time <br /> all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves such improvements as are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council Resolution <br /> adopted the 28th day of September, 1993. <br /> Adopted this 1 Z*t� day of 1993. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
