ANTHONY <br /> BE IT RESOLVED, that the St. Anthony City Council hereby affirms that the tax forfeited land <br /> as listed on the Non-Classification List 799-NC (attached hereto) has non-conservation status and <br /> recommends public auction disposition by Hennepin County. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that said tax forfeited land, recommended for public auction, <br /> is located in a C (Commercial) zoning district; does not have a well; and need not be held from <br /> sale pursuant to M.S. 85.012 (lands located within the boundaries of a state park), M.S. 92.461 <br /> (lands containing substantial deposits of peat), M.S. 282.01, Subd. 8 (minerals and mining <br /> permits), M.S. 282.018, Subd. 1 (waterfront lands bordering meandered lakes, public waters <br /> and watercorses), or M.S. 282.018, Subd. 2 (non-forested marginal lands or wetlands). <br /> .
