ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 94-002 <br /> A RESOLUTION SPECIFYING PERSONS AUTHORIZED <br /> TO MAKE CERTAIN TRANSACTIONS REGARDING <br /> CITY FINANCIAL ACCOUNTS <br /> BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the Mayor (Clarence <br /> J. Ranallo), City Manager (Thomas D. Burt), and Finance Director (Roger A.
