CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-019 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO THE MIDDLE <br /> MISSISSIPPI RIVER WATERSHED MANAGEMENT ORGANIZATION <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony is a member of the Middle Mississippi River Watershed <br /> Management Organization (MMRWMO); and <br /> WHEREAS, the purpose of the MMRWMO is to protect and enhance water quality resources <br /> within the watershed; and <br /> WHEREAS, the MMRWMO Board of Commissioners recently approved technical changes to <br /> the MMRWMO Joint and Cooperative Agreement Bylaws relating to watershed <br /> boundaries and payment of budgetary obligations. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the proposed changes to the Bylaws of the Middle Mississippi River <br /> Watershed Management Organization. <br /> Adopted this ? day of ' 2000. <br /> a <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> CityM arpger <br /> • <br />
