• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-022 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON SIDEWALK, <br /> LIGHTING AND PLANTINGS FOR 29TH AVENUE NE <br /> WHEREAS, by direction of the St. Anthony City Council, plans were prepared for sidewalk, <br /> lighting and plantings to be done in conjunction with street and utility <br /> improvements to 29`h Avenue NE; and <br /> WHEREAS, improvements would be: <br /> 1. Sidewalk (Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road); <br /> 2. Sidewalk (Crestview to County Road 88); <br /> 3. Decorative lighting (Stinson to County Road 88); <br /> 4. Plantings (Stinson to County Road 88). <br /> WHEREAS, preliminary cost for said sidewalk, lighting and plantings improvements is <br /> estimated to be $210,700.00. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that <br /> a public hearing before the Council be held on Tuesday, April 11, 2000, commencing at 7:00 <br /> PM or as soon thereafter as possible, to receive public input on a proposed plan for sidewalk, <br /> lighting and plantings improvements to be made in conjunction with the proposed street and <br /> utility improvements to 29`h Avenue NE. <br /> Adopted this J— day of �1iu+� , 2000. <br /> or <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> • City anager <br />
