• Joint Powers Agreement <br /> St. Anthony/Lauderdale <br /> Page 4 <br /> XII. OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES OF THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> Officers assigned to duty in Lauderdale shall be employees of St. Anthony; <br /> therefore, all obligations with regard to workers compensation, PERA, withholding <br /> tax, insurance, etc. shall be the obligation of St. Anthony. Lauderdale shall not be <br /> required to furnish any fringe benefits or assume any other liability of employment <br /> to any officer assigned to duty within Lauderdale. <br /> XIII. ENFORCEMENT POLICIES <br /> Enforcement policies of St. Anthony shall prevail as the enforcement policies within <br /> Lauderdale. The enforcement policies of St. Anthony shall be provided in writing to <br /> Lauderdale. <br /> XIV. ENFORCEMENT OF ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF LAUDERDALE <br /> • St. Anthony officers assigned to duty within Lauderdale shall enforce Lauderdale's <br /> ordinances. <br /> XV. ALL OFFICERS TO BE OFFICERS OF ST ANTHONY <br /> The officers assigned duty within Lauderdale shall be provided authority to enforce <br /> the laws of that City by proper action to be taken by the Lauderdale City Council. <br /> The Chief of Police of St. Anthony shall furnish the names of all St. Anthony police <br /> officers to the Lauderdale City Administrator and all such officers shall be appointed <br /> police officers of that city. <br /> XVI. OFFENSES <br /> All offenses shall be charged in accordance with Lauderdale's ordinances when <br /> possible, otherwise, the charge shall be made in accordance with the laws of the <br /> State of Minnesota or the laws of the Federal Government. <br /> XVII. COMMUNICATIONS <br /> • St. Anthony agrees to provide the Lauderdale Administrator with daily, weekly, <br /> monthly, and annual reports. <br />
