CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-028 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING CONSTRUCTION OF SIDEWALK, <br /> LIGHTING AND PLANTING IMPROVEMENTS FOR 29TH AVENUE NE <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held to receive resident input on a report by the <br /> engineering firm of WSB, Inc., relating to sidewalk, lighting and planting <br /> improvements to 29th Avenue NE; and <br /> WHEREAS, improvements would be: <br /> 1. Sidewalk (Stinson Boulevard to Silver Lake Road); <br /> 2. Sidewalk (Crestview to County Road 88); <br /> 3. Decorative lighting (Stinson Boulevard to County Road 88); <br /> 4. Plantings (Stinson Boulevard to County Road 88). <br /> WHEREAS, said report was reviewed by the City Council. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves construction of sidewalk and lighting, planting improvements in conjunction <br /> with the Year 2000 street project on 29`'' Avenue NE. <br /> Adopted this �_ day of /t a0 r ( ' 2000. <br /> kMa <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
