• <br /> CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-032 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN AMENDMENT <br /> TO THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> COMPREHENSIVE PLAN <br /> WHEREAS, Hillcrest Development, Inc. desires to redevelop the Apache Plaza property and <br /> has requested an amendment to the City's Comprehensive Plan to accommodate <br /> an office/high tech designation; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing for this request was held by the St. Anthony Planning <br /> Commission and resulted in a recommendation to the City Council for approval <br /> of said request; and <br /> WHEREAS, approval of this request by the St. Anthony City Council is contingent upon the <br /> Metropolitan Council's review and approval. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the petition from Hillcrest Development, Inc. for an amendment to the City's <br /> Comprehensive Plan relating to the redevelopment of the Apache Plaza property within the <br /> City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this day of �,,?h_� , 2000. <br /> or <br /> ATTEST: 4eO <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City anager <br /> • <br />
