ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-033 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT <br /> FOR PLACEMENT OF WIRELESS ANTENNA AT <br /> THE APACHE MEDICAL BUILDING <br /> WHEREAS, Nextel Communications is requesting a conditional use permit to allow <br /> construction of a wireless antenna site atop the Apache Medical Building, 4001 <br /> Stinson Boulevard; and <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing for this request was held by the St. Anthony Planning <br /> Commission which resulted in a recommendation to the City Council to approve <br /> said request. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> • hereby approves the request for a conditional use permit from Nextel Communications <br /> allowing construction of a wireless antenna site at 4001 Stinson Boulevard in the City of St. <br /> Anthony. <br /> Adopted this a 5 day of Apr-, , 2000. <br /> ay <br /> ATTEST: <br /> L"�z 2 j <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: 4 <br /> City Manager <br />
