CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-034 <br /> A RESOLUTION REGARDING WAIVER ON TORT LIABILITY <br /> LIMITS FOR LMCIT INSURANCE PROGRAM <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony approved participation in the League <br /> of Minnesota Cities Insurance Trust (LMCIT) insurance program for the year <br /> 2000; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City has elected to purchase liability coverage in the amount of$1,000,000, <br /> which is the statutory limits on tort liability as set forth in MN Statutes 466.04. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the waiving of the monetary limits on tort liability established by MN Statutes <br /> • 466.04, to the extent of the limits of the liability coverage obtained from LMCIT for the policy • <br /> period from June 1, 2000 to May 31, 2002. <br /> Adopted this a 3 day of _ , 2000. <br /> ayor" <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> 4CiManager <br />
