ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-040 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A SECOND AMENDMENT <br /> TO THE RAMSEY COUNTY HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT <br /> AUTHORITY JOINT COOPERATION AGREEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has signed cooperation agreements with Ramsey County <br /> to ensure the County's eligibility for Community Development Block Grant <br /> (CDBG) and Home Investment Partnership Act (HOME) funds since 1985 and <br /> 1992 respectively; and <br /> WHEREAS, a second amendment to the Joint Cooperation Agreement is necessary due to <br /> HUD requirements for the continuance of Ramsey County's eligibility in said <br /> programs. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the Second Amendment To The Ramsey County Housing and Redevelopment <br /> Authority Joint Cooperation Agreement and authorizes the City Manager to sign said <br /> • agreement on behalf of the City of St. Anthony. <br /> Adopted this '13 day of 17'1 �/ , 2000. <br /> yor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> &W <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: �Y�+ <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
