CITY OF ST.ANTHONY <br /> • RESOLUTION 00-045 <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING FEASIBILITY REPORT AND <br /> AUTHORIZING PREPARATION OF <br /> FINAL PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br /> HARDING STREET LIFT STATION AND <br /> FORCEMAIN IMPROVEMENT PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City of St. Anthony, a report has been prepared with reference to <br /> the improvements: <br /> Harding Street Lift Station and Forcemain <br /> This project consists of rehabilitating the existing sanitary sewer lift station structure, <br /> replacing the existing pumps, and constructing new forcemain. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED,by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. Accepts the Feasibility Report for the Harding Street Lift Station and Forcemain <br /> Improvement Project. <br /> 2. Directs WSB &Associates,Inc.,to prepare final plans, specifications, and bid documents to <br /> • complete the recommended improvements as outlined in the Feasibility Report. <br /> 3. The consulting engineering firm shall prepare and cause to be inserted in the official paper <br /> and in the Construction Bulletin an advertisement for bids upon the making of such <br /> improvement under such approved plans and specifications. The advertisement shall be <br /> published for two times, shall specify the work to be done, and shall state the date that bids <br /> will be opened.
