CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • RESOLUTION 00-046 <br /> A RESOLUTION INCORPORATING DECORATIVE LIGHTING <br /> FOR MUNICIPAL STATE AID STREETS <br /> INTO THE CITY OF ST. ANTHONY STREET LIGHTING <br /> POLICY AND PROCEDURES <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony desires to incorporate decorative lighting <br /> into the design and reconstruction of municipal state aid streets. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> That the Council amends the City of St. Anthony Street Lighting Policy and Procedures to <br /> include the following City policy as Policy No. 6: <br /> 6. The City will require that upon complete reconstruction of municipal state aid streets <br /> where pedestrian walkways are provided, decorative lighting shall be required as part <br /> of these improvements. Decorative lighting shall conform with the recommendations <br /> of the City Council after review of the lighting plan by the City Planning Commission <br /> and City Parks Commission.
