CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-051 <br /> A RESOLUTION FOR COMMITMENT TO PROVIDE <br /> FUNDS TO MATCH POTENTIAL LIVABLE COMMUNITIES <br /> DEMONSTRATION ACCOUNT GRANT <br /> WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council administers Livable Communities Demonstration <br /> Account Grants; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony submitted a Livable Communities Demonstration <br /> Account Grant Application on June 2, 2000; and <br /> WHEREAS, one requirement of the Grant is that the Subject City commit to an even, dollar <br /> per dollar match of funds that may be awarded; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City requested a grant in the amount of$150,000 to study the potential for <br /> mixed use development in the vicinity of Apache Plaza. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that if the Metropolitan Council awards the City of <br /> St. Anthony a Livable Communities Demonstration Account Grant, the City of St. Anthony <br /> • hereby commits to an even dollar per dollar match of awarded funds from the City's Housing <br /> and Redevelopment Authority Fund. <br /> Adopted this 3 day of T , 2000. <br /> or <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City ana er <br /> • <br />
