ANTHONY <br /> • RESOLUTION 00-054 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO A SKATE PARK; <br /> AUTHORIZING FUNDING AND APPROVING <br /> VENDORS FOR THE PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and Parks Commission desire to construct a skate park to be located <br /> behind the Community Center and over the old Central Park hockey site; and <br /> WHEREAS, the Parks Commission gathered information for this proposed project and submitted the <br /> following for the City Council's approval: <br /> Vendors/Costs <br /> Skate Park Design and Construction True Ride <br /> Equipment total $25,888.04 <br /> Delivery $ 650.00 <br /> Installation $ 3,500.00 <br /> Total $30,038.04 <br /> Surface Paving T. A. Schifsky & Sons, Inc. <br /> Price $11,000.00 <br /> • Total $11,000.00 <br /> Fencing Crown Fence and Wire Co. <br /> Price 3,984:00 <br /> Total $ 3,984.00 <br /> Grand Total $45,022.04 <br /> WHEREAS, it has been proposed that funds of$50,000.00 for said project be transferred from the <br /> 1999 Liquor Operations profits to the Park Improvement Fund. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> approves the above recommended vendors to construct a Skate Park and authorizes $50,000.00 for said <br /> project be transferred from the 1999 Liquor Operations profits to the Park Improvement Fund. <br /> Adopted this g day of , 2000. <br /> ,J <br /> or <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • 4� <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City M nager <br />
