CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-056 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br /> REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve Wilson Street from 29`h Avenue NE to 30`h Avenue <br /> NE; West Armour Terrace from Wilson Street to Silver Lake Road; and 30ffi <br /> Avenue NE from Wilson Street to Silver Lake Road by reconstruction of the <br /> roadways and utilities, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a <br /> portion of the cost of the improvement, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> Chapter 429. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF ST. <br /> ANTHONY, MINNESOTA: <br /> That the proposed improvement be referred to WSB & Associates, Inc. for study and that <br /> they are instructed to report to the Council with all convenient speed advising the Council in <br /> a preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is necessary, cost-effective, and <br /> feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in connection with some <br /> other improvement, and the estimated cost of the improvement as recommended. <br /> Adopted this ZZ'7 day of , 2000. <br /> w <br /> a r <br /> ATTEST: &J"� <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
