ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-059 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO A REQUEST TO <br /> TO AMEND THE ZONING ORDINANCE <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission to consider a request <br /> from Frontline Church, for the commercial property located at 2654 Kenzie <br /> Terrace, to amend the City Zoning Ordinance to add "Church" as a permitted <br /> conditional use in a "C", commercial zoning district; and <br /> WHEREAS, following due consideration, the Planning Commission recommended Council <br /> denial of said request. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in agreement with the findings of the Planning <br /> Commission at their July 18, 2000 meeting, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> denies the request for the zoning ordinance amendment submitted by Frontline Church. <br /> • Adopted this ) :2 day of Sp pI ey o,--r- , 2000. <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City M nager <br />
