ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-060 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO A REQUEST FOR A <br /> CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR 3813 STINSON BOULEVARD <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission to consider a request for <br /> a conditional use permit for a Fuel Mart Car Wash to be located at 3813 Stinson <br /> Boulevard; and <br /> WHEREAS, Following due consideration, the Planning Commission recommended Council <br /> approval of said request. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in agreement with the findings of the Planning <br /> Commission at their July 18, 2000 meeting, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> approves the request for a conditional use permit at 3813 Stinson Boulevard. <br /> Adopted this a 5 day of Ju-1%4 , 2000. <br /> • <br /> r <br /> Ma r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City anager <br /> • <br />
