CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY,MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 00-064 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING DEMOLITION OF PROPERTY <br /> AND AWARDING BID FOR DEMOLITION AND POND CONSTRUCTION <br /> WHEREAS, as a part of the City of St. Anthony flood mitigation program, the engineering firm of <br /> WSB&Associates,Inc.,recommended properties be purchased by the City and the <br /> structures on said properties be demolished; and <br /> WHEREAS, two of said properties, 2713 Pahl Avenue and 2809 30'Avenue have been purchased by <br /> the City and bids for demolition of the structure and construction of ponds located on <br /> said property have been sought,received, and reviewed. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> approves the demolition of the structures located at 2713 Pahl Avenue and 2809 301 Avenue and awards <br /> the bid for said demolition and pond construction to G. L.
