ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-069 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO COMPLETE HARDING STREET <br /> SANITARY SEWER LIFT STATION IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan <br /> for the above-referenced project,bids were received, opened and tabulated <br /> according to law; <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that Great Western Corporation is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract With Great Western Corporation in the amount of$64,744.00 in the name of the <br /> City of St. Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above-referenced <br /> project according to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the City Council <br /> and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> • 2.
