ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-072 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO A JOINT REQUEST <br /> FOR A SUBDIVISION/PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL FOR <br /> 2801 AND 2501 - 37TH AVENUE NE <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission to consider a joint <br /> request for a subdivision/preliminary plat approval for 2801 and 2501 - 37"' <br /> Avenue NE from Village North LLP and Apache Animal Medicine; and <br /> WHEREAS, following due consideration, the Planning Commission recommended Council <br /> approval of said request. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in agreement with the findings of the Planning <br /> Commission at their August 15, 2000 meeting, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the joint request for a subdivision/preliminary plat approval for 2801 <br /> (Industrial Custom Products) and 2501 (Apache Animal Medicine) to decrease the size of the <br /> lot at 2801 - 37`h Avenue NE and increase the size of the lot at 2501 - 37`h Avene NE. <br /> • Adopted this day of , 2000. <br /> 4or <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> ity anager <br /> • <br />
