ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-073 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING TO A REQUEST <br /> FOR AN AMENDMENT TO THE ZONING ORDINANCE FOR <br /> 2801 - 37TH AVENUE NE <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held by the Planning Commission to consider a request for <br /> an amendment to the zoning ordinance for 2801 - 37' Avenue NE from Village <br /> North LLP, and <br /> WHEREAS, following due consideration, the Planning Commission recommended Council <br /> approval of said request. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in agreement with the findings of the Planning <br /> Commission at their August 15, 2000 meeting, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the request for an amendment to the parking requirements of the zoning <br /> ordinance for 2801- 37`h Avenue NE, Custom Industrial Products, to require less parking for <br /> LI districts. <br /> • Adopted this 2 day of 4 52000. <br /> or <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Nianager <br /> • <br />
