• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-077 <br /> A RESOLUTION AWARDING A CONTRACT TO COMPLETE HARDING STREET <br /> SANITARY SEWER FORCEMAIN IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the improvement as shown on the plan <br /> for the above-referenced project, bids Were received, opened and tabulated <br /> according to law; <br /> WHEREAS, it appears that MinnComm Utilities Construction is the lowest responsible bidder. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. That the Mayor and City Manager are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a <br /> contract with MinnComm Utilities Construction in the amount of$60,190.00 in the name <br /> of the City of St. Anthony, Minnesota for the improvement outlined in the above- <br /> referenced project according to the plans and specifications, therefore, approved by the <br /> City Council and on file in the office of the City Clerk. <br /> • 2. The Engineer, WSB & Associates, Inc., is hereby authorized and directed to return <br /> forthwith to all bidders the deposits made with their bids, except that the deposits of the <br /> successful bidder and the next two lowest bidders shall be retained until a contract has <br /> been signed. <br /> Adopted this a 2 day of <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: 1J - <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
