CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-082 <br /> A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE <br /> NORTHWEST QUADRANT TASK FORCE <br /> WHEREAS, there is a growing need for redevelopment of the northwest quadrant of the City, <br /> described as the 250 acres bounded by 37`h Avenue NE on the south; the City <br /> corporate limits on the north; Silver Lake Road on the east; and the City <br /> corporate limits on the west; and <br /> WHEREAS, the firm of Dahlgren, Shardlow and Uban (DSU) has been hired to develop a <br /> master plan and planning process for said area; and <br /> WHEREAS, DSU has recommended the City Council establish a steering committee of <br /> "stakeholders" as part of the planning process. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby establishes the Northwest Quadrant Task Force. <br /> BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby <br /> • appoints the following individuals to said Task Force: <br /> Jane Eckert, representing ISD #282 <br /> Rosemary Franzese <br /> Jim Zellmer, representing Church of St. Charles Borromeo <br /> Bob Foster, representing the St. Anthony Chamber of Commerce <br /> Mary Rockwood <br /> Allen A. Otte <br /> Dan Ganley, representing the Parks Commission <br /> Linda M. McCann <br /> Jerry Faust <br /> Mark W.
