• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-084 <br /> A RESOLUTION RELATING CALLING FOR A JOINT <br /> PUBLIC HEARING ON TAX ABATEMENT RELATING <br /> TO THE WALBON AND EVERGREEN PROPERTIES <br /> WHEREAS, the St. Anthony City Council and the School Board of Independent School <br /> District #282 (ISD #282) desire to redevelop Central Park; and <br /> WHEREAS, to help fund said project, the City Council and School Board are considering the <br /> issuance of bonds in an estimated amount of$625,000. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that on behalf of the City, the City Council of the <br /> City of st. Anthony hereby calls for a public hearing, to be held in conjunction with the School <br /> Board of ISD #282, to consider a tax abatement of the Walbon and Evergreen properties in the <br /> City of St. Anthony, for the purpose of a bond issuance in the estimated amount of$625,000. <br /> Contingent upon agreement by the School Board of ISD #282, said public hearing will be <br /> scheduled for Tuesday, November 28, 2000 at 7:00 PM in the St. Anthony City Hall Council <br /> • Chambers. <br /> Adopted this day of 65—"(0 '�-� ' 2000. <br /> r <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City kanager <br />
