ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 00-086 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPOINTING DATA PRACTICES <br /> COMPLIANCE OFFICIAL <br /> WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes, Section 13.05 Subd. 13 requires that the City appoint a City <br /> employee to act as its data practices compliance official to receive questions or <br /> concerns regarding problems in obtaining access to data or other data practices <br /> problems within the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council shares the concern expressed by the Legislature about access to <br /> City data and wishes to satisfy this concern by immediately appointing a <br /> qualified data practices compliance official as required under statute. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, <br /> hereby appoints the City Manager as the data practices compliance official to receive questions <br /> • and concerns regarding problems ' obtaining access to data or other data practices problems. <br /> Adopted this day of ' 2000. <br /> ATTEST: d,'. <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Manager <br /> • <br />
