ANTHONY CITY MANAGER <br /> WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony employs Michael J. Mornson as its City Manager; and <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council and the City Manager have agreed to a 2001 salary of <br /> $78,785.00 and a car allowance of$300.00 per month. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby authorizes an annual salary of$78,785.00 and a car allowance of$300.00 per month, <br /> for City Manager Michael J.
