• CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> HENNEPIN COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> RESOLUTION 0 1-0 16 <br /> A RESOLUTION CALLING A HEARING ON <br /> 2001 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to direction of the City Council of the City of St. Anthony, a report has been <br /> prepared with reference to the improvements. <br /> 2001 Street Reconstruction,Storm Sewer, <br /> Watermain,Sanitary Sewer,Pond Excavation <br /> and Appurtenant Work <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of watermain and storm <br /> sewer lines to be done on the following streets: <br /> 1. Wilson Street from 29"'Avenue to 30`h Avenue <br /> 2. West Armour Terrace from Roosevelt Street to Silver Lake Road <br /> 3. 30`h Avenue from Wilson Street to Silver Lake Road <br /> This project also includes pond excavation in rear yard areas north of 300' Avenue, west of <br /> Silver Lake Road; and east of Harding Street(referred to as Harding Street Pond). This <br /> • portion of the project will not be assessed. <br /> NOW,THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony: <br /> 1. The Council will consider the improvement of such street and utilities in <br /> accordance with the report and the assessment of abutting property for a portion of <br /> the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes Chapter 419 at an <br /> estimated total cost of the improvements of$2,020,600. <br /> 2.
