CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> • RESOLUTION 01-019 <br /> VACATING A PORTION OF ANTHONY LANE <br /> After discussion of a motion by �au K c i k m em he r Tka esen to vacate that portion of Anthony <br /> Lane in the City legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, it was deemed <br /> in the interest of the public to grant the vacation. Council member J hu esen <br /> introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of St. Anthony that the portion <br /> of Anthony Lane in the City legally described on Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part <br /> hereof is hereby declared and ordered vacated and discontinued, and that the City Clerk be <br /> directed to prepare and present to the proper county offices notice of said vacation. <br /> The motion was seconded by1j_KcA I Pm b�Q r kz and upon a vote being taken <br /> thereon the following voted in favor thereof: Th u P-Len, S oI <br /> 1 boa soh , and the following voted against the same: <br /> • Whereupon the resolution was duly passed and adopted. <br /> Adopted the�_day of Tan u a-t:4u o 1 . <br /> ,J c1,4 <br /> Mayor <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> • <br />
