ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION—01- 022 <br /> A RESOLUTION PERTAINING TO A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR WALGREENS <br /> WHEREAS, TOLD Development Company(the petitioner),representing Walgreens, plans to <br /> construct a 14,490 square foot building at the corner of Silver Lake Road and 37th <br /> Avenue Northeast; <br /> WHEREAS, the petitioner is requesting a conditional use permit to allow for a two-lane drive-thru <br /> pharmacy for the north side of the building; <br /> WHEREAS, a public hearing was held on December 19, 2000 by the Planning Commission; <br /> WHEREAS, the petitioner is requesting a 15 feet drive aisle which meets city code; <br /> WHEREAS, the Planning Commission's findings include the request not to be detrimental or injurious, <br /> the use is necessary and desirable, and the request is subject to staff comments contained <br /> in its memorandum,the City's Engineer's comments dated December 7 and 19, 2000, and <br /> Planning Commission conditions outlined on page 10 of tile December 19, 2000, <br /> minutes. <br /> • NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in agreement with the findings of the Planning <br /> Commission, the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves the conditional use permit. <br /> Adopted this —/ day of 2001. <br /> Jam.✓ <br /> Mayo <br /> Attest: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: T <br /> City Mana er <br /> • <br />
