Resolution 01-02b <br /> Page 2 <br /> 5. Replacing basement doors with windows. <br /> 6. Building poured concrete or concrete block wall dikes. <br /> WHEREAS, no funds will be available for decorating, carpeting or remodeling needed as a <br /> result of flood damage; and <br /> WHEREAS, only flood damaged areas may be improved. The cost and type of improvement <br /> must be reasonable. The reasonableness will be determined by the City; and <br /> WHEREAS, Section IV of the guidelines, beginning on Page 2 delineates program <br /> procedures. Administrative costs would be paid by the annual funding <br /> allocation. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the proposed Flood Relief Grant Program guidelines and allocates $100,000 <br /> of storm water utility funds for the program, based on the following: <br /> A. The proposed Flood Relief Program is another tool to assist residential <br /> • property owners in dealing with unwanted runoff water. <br /> B. Funding is available from the storm water utility fund and is identified in <br /> the Storm Water Capital Improvement Program. <br /> C.
