CITY OF ST. ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 01-032 <br /> A RESOLUTION APPROVING A DRAINAGE AND PONDING <br /> EASEMENT RELATING TO THE HARDING STREET <br /> PONDING PROJECT <br /> WHEREAS, to help control flooding problems within the City of St. Anthony, and as an <br /> integral part of the overall flood mitigation program, it has been recommended <br /> to construct a holding pond in the area of Harding Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, perpetual easements are needed for the construction, operation, maintenance, <br /> repair and removal of facilities for the drainage and ponding of water; and <br /> WHEREAS, to obtain needed easements for the construction of said holding pond, <br /> discussions, meetings, and negotiations have taken place with affected property <br /> owners in the targeted area. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony <br /> hereby approves the Drainage and Ponding Easement between the City of St. Anthony <br /> and Katherine H. Gulczinski, owner of the property addressed as 2800 - 31st Avenue NE; <br /> • property described as Lot 6, Auditors Subdivision Number 365, according to said plat on file <br /> and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota; and, said <br /> easement described as the East 40.00 feet of the south 140.00 feet of Lot 6, Auditor's <br /> Subdivision No. 365. <br /> Adopted this 13 day of , 200 . <br /> i <br /> n.1 <br /> or <br /> ATTEST: <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed by Administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
