ANTHONY RESOLUTION 01-035 A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE AMENDMENT TO THE STANDING RULES FOR CONDUCT OF CITY COUNCIL MEETINGS FOR THE YEAR 2001 WHEREAS, on January 9, 2001, by approval of Resolution 01-024, the City Council adopted The Standing Rules for Conduct of City Council Meetings for the year 2001; and WHEREAS, it is the desire of the St. Anthony City Council to change the wording as follows to said Rules under the MEMBERSHIP section of Page 1, paragraph 2 of said Rules. "Meetings of the Council shall be held at City Hall on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at 7:00 pm. The meeting held on the second Tuesday of the month will be conducted as a study session and only Council business deemed necessary by the Councilmembers and/or City Manager will be acted upon. The Council meeting held on the fourth Tuesday of the month will be conducted as a regular Council meeting during which the great majority of Council business will be • acted upon." NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council of the City of St. Anthony hereby approves the wording as stated above to be added to the City Council Standing Rules 2001.
