ANTHONY <br /> RESOLUTION 01-038 <br /> A RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENTS <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council adopted on the 9th day of January. 2001, fixed a <br /> date for Council hearing on the proposed improvements: <br /> 2001 STREET AND UTILITY IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT <br /> This project consists of street reconstruction and replacement of water main and storm <br /> sewer lines to be done on the following streets: <br /> 1. Wilson Street from 29`h Avenue NE to 30`h Avenue NE <br /> 2. West Armour Terrace from Roosevelt Street to Silver Lake Road <br /> 3. 30`h Avenue NE from Wilson Street to Silver Lake Road <br /> This project also includes pond excavation in rear yard areas north of 30`" Avenue NE, <br /> west of Silver Lake Road, and east of Harding Street referred to as Harding Street Pond). <br /> • This portion of the project will not be assessed. <br /> WHEREAS, ten days' mailed notice and two weeks' published notice in advance of said <br /> hearing was given and the hearing was held thereon on the 13th day of <br /> February, 2001, at which time all persons desiring to be heard were given <br /> an opportunity to be heard thereon. <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of St. <br /> Anthony approves such improvements as are hereby ordered as proposed in the Council <br /> Resolution adopted the 13`h day of February, 20 <br /> Adopted this l 3 day of 001. <br /> � c/t4�✓ <br /> r <br /> ATTEST:-1 <br /> City Clerk <br /> Reviewed for administration: <br /> City Manager <br />
