. e <br /> Resolution 01-039 <br /> • Page 2 <br /> general taxes for the levy year of 2001 collectible in 2002, and one of each of the remaining <br /> installments, together with one year's interest on that and all other unpaid installments, will be <br /> payable with general taxes for each consecutive year thereafter until the entire assessment is paid. <br /> 4. The owner of any property so assessed may, at any time prior to certification, make payments <br /> (partial or full)towards the balance owed. The owner may, at any time after certification, pay the <br /> whole of the assessment, with interest accrued to the date of payment, except that no interest be <br /> charged if the entire assessment is paid by November 30th of the assessment year. <br /> 5.
