• DRAINAGE AND PONDING EASEMENT THIS INSTRUMENT is made and entered into as of P�964R.v / , 2001, by and between Bruce A. Troupe and Tamara K. Troupe, Grantor, Ad the CITY OF ST. ANTHONY .a municipal corporation organized under the laws of the State of Minnesota, Grantee. • WITNESSETH, that Grantor, for and in consideration of Twenty Six Thousand and no/100's Dollars ($26,000.00) and other good and valuable consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and convey to Grantee, its successors and assigns, a perpetual easement to construct, reconstruct, operate, maintain, repair and remove facilities for the drainage and ponding of water, including retaining walls and other facilities to control and maintain such drainage and ponding, together with the right to remove all trees, bushes, undergrowth, and other obstructions which may interfere with the construction, operation, repair and maintenance of such drainage and ponding facilities, said easement being upon, over, under and across the following described land situate in the County of Hennepin, State of Minnesota, to wit: GRANTOR'S PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: The West-half of Lot 18, Auditors Subdivision Number 365, according to said plat on file and of record in the office of the County Recorder, Hennepin County, Minnesota.
